Failed to load Vulkan library. - GreenT - 03-24-2019
"Failed to load Vulkan library."
Getting this error when I try to select the Vulkan backend; never saw it before. Have been using D3D11 for a couple months now, and only just tried switching back to Vulkan.
I updated to the latest Dolphin build. No change.
I searched this forum for other examples. Seems more common for users with AMD GPUs (mine is NVidia), and didn't find many answers, only somewhat obvious guesses for troubleshooting, which I've already tried. If I missed the answer somewhere, please point me to it.

Not quite sure what you've checked, but here are some other things you could try:
-Updating your GPU drivers to the latest from Nvidia's website. Windows updates sometimes break them
-Installing the Vulkan run-time libraries from the Vulkan website
