Switch GameCube Controller Adapter not working - Nickolas Ninja - 03-24-2019
I recently bought a Nyko GameCube Controller Adapter meant to be for the switch. I Already used Zadig to install the driver and have it set to my controller on dolphin. It recognizes it as a GameCube controller but when I start a game, it doesn't seem to be reading my GameCube controller. I am using an old official GameCube controller as well and it works on the switch, but just not in dolphin. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

There are known problems with this adapter in Dolphin, AFAIK most 3rd party Adapters don't work or don't work correctly. Dev may chime in to prove me wrong though.

It seems every time I read a thread about a GameCube adapter not working it ends up being the Nyko adapter. I'm wondering if maybe a sticky thread should be made warning people. The Mayflash adapter works fine and should still be easily available. It's also $10 cheaper than the Nyko adapters, at least where I am
