dolphin bar - narvaki - 03-23-2019
I just got my dolphin bar but can't seem to get it working. I can not sync my Wiimotes and when i try to update the firmware nothing pops up and windows stops recognizing it. I have no idea what to do. The mode and sync leds also don't light afther trying to update the firmware. In windows, it shows as "updatedevice".
how do i sync my wiimotes with dolphin bar and how do I use it with dolphin?

Update: the firmware update worked but i still cannot sync. Windows now sees the device aswell.
Do i need to turn on any bluetooth settings in windows?

Try to install another version of firmware. I am not an expert but, to me it seems windows didn't recognise your dolphin bar correctly. And you don't need to turn off windows bluetooth, dolphin bar's bluetooth connection is independent from computer and just work for wiimotes. Did you choose mod 4 from dolphin bar? You need to push sync button on dolphin bar and wiimote and I suggest do it before open the emulator.
By the way I got another problem about using dolphin bar. I have failed to sync my motionplus inside wiimotes with my pc and I buy one of those dolphin bars. It seems working fine, I can use my wiimotes as air mouse on pc and leds are working. In the emulator I can sync my wiimotes, buttons works fine in game but motion doesn't. I can't move the cursor or make any motion movement. Due to my research, I am guessing, I need to configure my WiimoteNew.ini file but I couldn't find any useful configuration yet. If anyone experienced similar problem and find a solution, any help and suggestion will be appreciated.

It sounds like you're using Emulated Wii Remote. Use Real Wii Remote instead and set the DolphinBar to mode 4.

Thanks for responsei I am using original wiimote rvl 036. I will open another thread for my problem. If you have any other suggestions please let me know in that thread
