A E8400 for Super Mario Galaxy ?? - ptitbagz - 12-08-2009
Hi all,
don't find a good answer so i post my thread..
i'd like to know if those of you who have a CPU E8XXX (like KHRZ if he's here) and that i know can easily be overclocked to 4GHZ, manage today to run Galaxy at nearly full speed (wiith default settings but in 720p) ?
I belive i read that and i want to know if its true (and then i would buy it ).
With my config (E4300@2.9GHZ, 4go RAM, 8800gt) it's really limit: 30fps on the observatory and worst on bees's planet. But good on small ones.
Will i have a really benefit if i change my CPU ??

I haven't overclocked it but I assume so. I get min. 45FPS in the observatory and 45 + 33% = 60

but why +33% ?? Framskip ? or OC ?OC i imagine but i dont know if it's so simple, i hope
.PS: 45 fps it's with no framskip ?
