I'm not sure if you can on either right now but you would be more likely to on the 8gb. Also the 4 gb is illegal.

As I heard, 4GB version doesn't have Subspace Emissary

At least I know it doesn't contain cut scenes at all (only one with Zero Suit Samus IIRC)

Yeah that's all I'm sure about. Most people don't use it so there isn't a ton of info about it.
