Would I be able to run the Wii game Klonoa on a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus? I was about to transfer it to my phone but then the thought occurred to me that maybe my phone might not be able to handle it at any reasonable speed. Could someone tell me?

Idk but only thing I know is that if you have android 9 your phone probably cannot play any game (that's what Helios said).
My phone can't run any gc or wii game cuz it keeps crushing or black screen appears and none of developers still didn't fix it.

OpenGL should still work, just not Vulkan.
