Dolphin Changes my Display Refresh Rate - Trusty McLegit - 11-26-2018
I've got a 144hz monitor I have set to 120hz to be more comparable with 60fps games. This works perfectly in windowed and full screen no problem, except for when I press TAB (fps limiter) in fullscreen the screen goes black for a moment, and then my screen is reverted to 60hz. If I'm in windowed mode I can use TAB and it will leave my refresh rate alone, but if I'm in boarderless or exclusive fullscreen it will change my monitors refresh rate.

Is this happening only in the 5.0 stable version? Or have you tried the latest master build?

Do you have vsync enabled? I think Dolphin temporarily disables vsync when you disable the frame limiter. Some gpus/gpu drivers might handle this badly.
