Windows 7, Won't run _at all_ - mawst - 12-05-2009

Windows 7
AMD Athlon 3000+
Geforce 7800

Latest DX installed, nvidia drivers = 195.62

I get the following error right when I open Dolphin, suggestions?

Are you sure you are using 64bit Dolphin version for 64bit Windows or x86(32bit) for Dolphin 32bit?

This I have done. The setup guide is neat, though not useful to me as I can't get the program to open whatsoever. I've tried an older official build, compatibility mode, and just about everything I can think of. I can't be the only one having this issue.
