Transfering Data - Dnkin - 10-21-2018

so I'm pretty far on SMG2 and id like to put the memory on my Wii so I could play it when friends are over on a tv, so is there a way I could take the data on my computer and transfer it to my Wii so I can be at the same spot I was on the computer?

You can export Wii saves by right-clicking the game in Dolphin, then selecting Export Wii save. It should save it to Dolphin's folder, somewhere like "Dolphin_Folder/private/wii/title/SB4E/data.bin". I believe all you have to do is copy+paste that into the correct location in your Wii's SD card, then go to the Data Management Menu on your Wii and copy them from the SD card to the system. At least, I think that's how it goes. I've never copied stuff back to the Wii, just imported them into Dolphin.
