Soul Calibur 2 framerate - DKSLR - 10-15-2018

Hi, I'm about to buy a SD660 device and would like to know if it would run this game at playable framerates. I've heard that SD820/1 runs it full speed and 660 has same CPU performance as 820

ATM i have SD616 and it's 18 fps at best

Feel free to share your experience with this game on any hardware Big Grin

On my device, Soul Calibur II typically starts with a slight stutter for a couple of seconds.  But it speeds up to about 55-60+ FPS afterwards.  And of course, I'm using the Vulkan backend on Dolphin.

Okay, so I got an SD660 phone and it runs SC2 60 fps full speed on all default settings except that I enabled vulkan backend. Am satisfied ?

High five for dolphin devs, thanks alot for making it possible!

Nice! The dolphin developers really don't get enough credit. Especially when dealing with us impatient Android users. Tongue
