Metroid Prime randomizer controller button issues - SourLyme - 10-11-2018 So I've been playing lots of MP rando seeds lately, and I never had any problems until today. When I bring up the scan visor, holding L just makes me lock on to the background and doesn't actually scan anything which leaves me completely locked out of the entire game. I also can't lock on to any enemies or anything like that. Also, when holding R the little aiming circle wont appear but it does still lock me in place and let me aim around. Like I said before, I never had any issues until today and I haven't changed any settings since I started playing MP randos. Does anyone have this same problem and know how to fix it? RE: Metroid Prime randomizer controller button issues - JosJuice - 10-11-2018 Make sure that you've mapped both L and L-Analog (and R and R-Analog), not just one of them. Not sure why you would be getting this problem if you hadn't been getting it before, though... RE: Metroid Prime randomizer controller button issues - SourLyme - 10-11-2018 well when I first started playing them, I could scan and the R-button circle would show up and I could lock on to enemies, but the aim lock on the background wouldn't work. I mapped all of those things (L and L-analog, R and R-analog respectively) to the same buttons (LT and RT on my xbox 360 wired controller) and it worked perfectly for weeks. now it seems like I have the exact opposite problem and no setting I change will fix it RE: Metroid Prime randomizer controller button issues - SourLyme - 10-12-2018 Haha well I fixed it. Literally all I did was move the threshold from 100 to 99 RE: Metroid Prime randomizer controller button issues - DJBarry004 - 10-12-2018 Default threshold is 90 though. What it was doing at 100? |
