Changing controller type in Wii games - jamster - 10-09-2018
Hi there
I wonder if anyone can help.
I'd like to change controller type in a Wii game for BOTH controllers, so for example Mario kart the game detects a game cube controller rather than Wiimote.
I can get it for one controller using the GUI change controller option, but I can't find any way to do it for both controllers or a setting file either.
Any help appreciated!

If you use Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, the emu switch in auto for gamecube controller. (this, for any gamecube game)
PS: in the latest proposals (pull requests) there is an extra option for the game settings, so very similar to what you ask: https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/7434
