Dolphin gameTDB downloaded covers are (currently...?) annoyingly low resolution - magicmaster667 - 10-01-2018 I love the gridview for Dolphin. - But it's downloaded covers are annoyingly low resolution. In that "July 2018 Progress Report" I learned that I could override the covers that dolphin showed for the games in gridview. So I thought I might aswell costomize it more to my liking. Long story short; I collected a bunch of HQ-png's, did some cropping & renaming for my (long) list of games to fix this problem. Point being: I wish that the covers Dolphin downloads for gridview will (sometime) be updated with HQ versions. I tried recreating a "before and after" for me: manually slaving away at the GameTDB-site and re-assigning png's (jpg's don't have an effect ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) to all of my iso's, wbfs & wad-files in their respective directories: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Some screenshot compression, perhaps. But hopefully the crispiness shines through. The one thats downloaded to; Documents > Dolphin Emulator > Cache > GameCovers ![]() The one I forced Dolphin to display:
