I don't think there's any solution for now other than using OpenGL.

La otra opción es volver a android 8.1, ya que en sd 845 vulkan funcionaba

Roll back to Android Oreo 8.1, there's an easy guide to use it via Stock Oneplus6 Recovery, Check the Official OP6 Website.
