Hello!
Some homebrews don't want to launch because they want certains IOS files, i can download them in NUS Downloader but where must i install them?

Dolphin actually uses HLE for the IOSes and won't load its contents, if the homebrew you want to run depends on cIOSes, it won't work in Dolphin. For the official IOSes, performing a system update through Tools => Perform Online System Update should be enough to automatically download and install all IOSes on your NAND...
