macOS 10.14 Mojave - uyjulian - 09-19-2018

Here's what I've observed when you use macOS 10.14 Mojave with Dolphin:
VSync is forced, even when you turn off VSync in the configuration.
The framerate seems to be limited to 30fps or 60fps randomly, and minimizing/maximizing the window might or might not switch to the other limit.
The framerate seems to be stuck at 30fps if you are using non-native resolution.
The framerate limit is lifted if you cover up the window, the window is minimized, or the window is off-screen.
If you compile on macOS Mojave, a dark theme will be used if enabled, but the white text color is unreadable on white background.

The MoltenVK branch seems to work just fine, also.

Is this happening in the latest dev builds or Dolphin 5.0 stable?

Latest dev builds

Does it happen in 5.0 stable? if not, we may need to have one of the few devs that use OSX check it out. Or it could be a Qt being broken by the 10.14 update

It happens in Dolphin 5.0 stable.

Also, if you open up Quartz Debug and toggle the "Enable Vertical Sync" option, it has the same effect as minimizing/maximizing the window. It might or might not switch framelimit.
