Dolphin.exe is not a valid Win32 application - Starmna90 - 09-11-2018
I help run the Capcom vs. SNK 2 Netplay Discord and we are encountering a problem where some users can't use the latest dev. build of Dolphin and are forced to use vanilla Dolphin 5.0 to play. Everytime they try to launch the latest dev build they get an error message looking like this

My first assumption was that they don't have a 64-bi version of Windows but they do, which is really strange. Does anyone know of a possible way of fixing this issue?

you either keep getting a corrupted download somehow (unlikely)
or you have anti-virus or malware that is messing with file access (likely)

Secondly: his system is 32 bits which runs dolphin very poorly also Dolphin 4.0.2 has 32 bits support

They specifically said the Windows install is 64-bit and that Dolphin 5.0 works (which is 64-bit only).
