You're on the wrong forum mate. There's no DLC on Wii. You have the Wii U version.
Where did you get the game and the DLC?

Well I'll be! Didn't know the good old Wii had DLCs.
I have no idea then.
But you won't get any support by the guys here unless you use Dolphin 5.0 or higher. And I highly recommend higher. Get the latest dev build which is 5.0-8715 at this moment.

The Wii port has DLC support from Just Dance 2 to Just Dance 2015. On Just Dance 2016 and onward there's no DLC anymore in any port as they have introduced the subscription-based Just Dance Unlimited service instead, and that's available only on 8th generation consoles, no Wii, PS3 or Xbox 360 support.
Anyway, we don't support old Dolphin versions. If you want help you must be running at least the most recent stable release (currently 5.0) or a recent development build (currently at 5.0-8715).
