Your CPU, the Pentium N3530, is a Bay Trail low-power chip that is really slow. You may not reach the minimum requirements to play pm:ttyd. If you're using the latest Dolphin dev build, and you run without enhancements (everything in the Graphics > Enhancements kept to 1x or Native), then your CPU is too slow.

The layering issue may be a result of the Intel HD graphcis not being on the most up to date driver. Check on Intel's website and see if they have any updates for you.

Also, make sure you charger is plugged in while playing, and that you have Windows Power Options set to High Performance.
