Well then TBH it’s just slow drivers and also the fact that even in a perfect circumstance, it’s not like your phoen’e CPU is a powerhouse compared to desktop parts. Full performance is not going to be mind blowing.

My brother has a bit newer phone, and he can play sonic riders almost 60 fps most of the time.
