Anyway, it's simple math, the single-threaded performance is scalable according to the CPU frequency. But also remember math is a sciency of precision, nothing is exact.

Don't put your hopes to high on exynos/Mali GPU
Still not full 60fps all the time.
For me SD835/Adreno 540 is alot better

I'm not too excited about 9810: Thermal headroom, Samsung's aggressive DVFS, no buffer_storage, vulkan driver broken
