i get this on both harvest moon a wonderful life and harvest moon another wonderful life.
its not just at start,its on every text and the sun in the begining is also looking weird and all characters is looking weird.
my computer:
AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual
Core Processor 5200+ 2.70 GHz
2.00 GB Ram
graphic card: NIVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT

If using the openGL plugin try turning safe textures on. That sometimes does the trick. I've found that does the trick quite a lot

Haha, I've never seen anyone get this game working really. It either has graphic errors ( Only solved by saving state lol, For some reason) Or The Text is unreadable

Try disabling "Optimize quantizers".

Seems like this person got the text fixed by his cousin. Even though he showing this link to fix the dolphin, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2uuwqaZyWx8 I'm not sure how to do it on the new version. It's just not the same.
I wonder if anyone knows that to do.
