Update: I did it.

I used a very sharp knife, sharp enough to re-shape the screws.

But, after watching, i said:

What's this?

I removed bluetooth and wi-fi modules and reconnected them again.

Nothing, the power button blinks and blinks, does not turn on, just blinks.

It is something i don't understand.

How can i assure that is a hardware and not a software brick? If it's a hardware then i will search for someone to give me a broken wii.

Or i can re-use the bluetooth module of mine
