Dolphin not starting - Gilly - 04-08-2009
When I launch Dolphin.exe or DolphinIL.exe or DolphinWx.exe, I immediately get an error message saying that the program encountered an error and had to shut down:

I don't get any logs for this error. What could be causing this error?
If I must specify any details about my system, please do tell me which ones, since I am not sure what could be causing this.
