Can someone help me set up my Gamecube controller to work as a Classic Controller? - Emowood - 02-13-2017

I need help getting this to work. I'm using the original WiiU Adapter and I can't seem to find a way to get Dolphin to use my GC Controller as a Classic Controller for some Wii games, specifically Xenoblade Chronicles.

AFAIK you would have to flash the PC drivers so you lose native. You could also get the hori battle pad.

No, you would need to install PC drivers. It's not a matter of flashing firmware onto the adapter, and you can switch back to native support later.
