Crash Tag Team Racing Texture Fixes - JOHN30011887 - 02-12-2017

I decided id upload my textures for this game, i changed the controller to Xbox One image and buttons, changed the font and fixed a few textures ingame
Theres a few other textures ingame iv changed like the coins you collect, wumpa whip drink and few other minor changes, iv done the best i can.

Note - Xbox buttons are same as Gamecube (Gamecube B is Xbox B, Gamecube X is Xbox X)
              I made an inverted option for people that want Gamecube B is Xbox X, Gamecube X is Xbox B, just look at Optional Downloads.
              Also made Playstation Controls (Buttons ingame and menu's, also controller image), just look at Optional Downloads.
             
              If any textures you Dont like just delete them from the folders.

WIDESCREEN AR Code

I play this game with this settings on 

Aspect Ratio "Stretch to Window" then used the Widescreen AR Code listed below 

Its the perfect widescreen option to use, Don't use the emulators own widescreen hack as that breaks the game
and gives horrible popping on the left and right sides of the screen, it will also make my textures look squished so make sure you have turned that off
and use the code below

INSTALL
To install Download the Rar folder and extract the folder (G9RE7D) into Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Load\Textures.

Or if your portable put into User\Load\Textures.

Also make sure under graphics tab then advanced tab that you have ticked Load custom textures and Prefetch Custom Textures.

Thank you for the texture pack! Btw, it looks the X and B button are switched up on some tutorials at the very beggining of the game (Just a tip). Please continue this good work!

Thanks for headsup...i just tested, im not seeing any issue with tutorials, the voice over says press the B button, thats why i textured a B button to replace the gamecube B button, same when later he said press the A to jump then X for a body slam, like images shown below

I dont know what to suggest but on my end it does match to what the voice over says and whats in the controller images in menu Confused 

I know that on the gamecube controller the B is where X is on xbox and X on gamecube is where B is on xbox controller but id rather have them same so the voice over wouldnt say press B but on xbox controller you would press X, also it would mean you would press X to go back pages on menu

Well, ok it's not a big deal. I will just rename the textures on my folder since i don't pay much attention on what characters say and read more. Also, the same thing happens when you get a special weapon in race. It says press X to release weapon which is B on Xbox 360/One controller.
BTW, thanks for the widescreen code. I was trying to find it for a while!

Yeah you can swap file names and they should work fine, simple enough to do Smile

Im not swapping buttons round to be exact same as xbox console version, im only adding xbox buttons to same gamecube buttons as i dont want to be pressing X on menu to go back a page etc, that wouldnt be right to me, i know spin attack on xbox is button X but im happy using B just like the gamecube version, same with weapon release is B on xbox but gamecube its X Smile

Hope i dont sound like ranting, when i explain things it comes across as a rant lol

Also your welcome for widescreen code, i hated using the widescreen hack as it gives horrible texture popping on sides of screen but the code fixes that

Well, it looks i got some problems with rename because there is 2 "B" buttons, one normal and other squished and there is only one "X" squished.
Also, i tried switch the x and b buttons at controller options and the "A + X" textures but i am realy bad with textures. If you have free time, can you help me?
I think will be good if we have the options to choose between our prefered mappings. =)

So you would want both X buttons to be B buttons, both B buttons to be X buttons and the A,X
to be A,B ??

I can do it later if thats what you need?

Controls Inverted
I swapped those buttons and also swapped the controller image buttons thats under Extra's menu, so X is spin and B is bellyflop

Let me know if i missed anything but i think its sorted with controls
