Wiimote config doesn't work properly. - svdanilodios - 02-03-2017
I just downloaded the Wii Motion Plus mod for the Dolphin and although it works fine with predetermined controlller when I go to "Wiimote" → "Configure" and create my own controller the Motion Plus feature will stop working.
First of all I want to clarify that I know is a mod but I thought you guys could help me. Basically it works like this:
"Install Mod for the Dolphin" → "Play with predetermined controller (No 'WiimoteNew.ini' created in the Dolphin/User/Config)" → "The game will recognize the Motion Plus and play it normally".
But if you change the Wiimote configuration it works like this:
"Install Mod for the Dolphin" → "Change your Wiimote Controller configuration (WiimoteNew.ini is created in the Dolphin/User/Config)" → "The game will not recognize the Motion Plus"
So, I know it could have something to do with the mod or the compatibility or whatever thing that is NOT directly relationed with the official emulator itself but I am thinking that if someone knows how to change the predetermined wiimote controller configuration then I wouldn't need to make a "WiimoteNew.ini in the Dolphin/User/Config" and work as usual. Is it possible? Can someone help me with it? or Any recommendation?

Most likely not. We don't support unofficial versions like the emulated MotionPlus modification, and we don't support builds that are as old as 3.0-243.
