I'm trying to play phantasy star online episode 1 2 plus.
I'm on Windows 7 and have tried the newest revision and 5.0 and 4.0.2
i have setup player 2 i setup shows the controler works but when in game play 2 wont move ive changed the config ini to 6 for player 1 and 2 and i cant for the life of me get player 2 to move i can even set both players to the same controler and it wont work.
i can get into menus with the second controler and move up and down with the dpad.

figured it out. for some reason the radius was set to 0 by default for player 2 move it back up to 100 to fix the problem
