Upgraded to Windows 10 and now my Memory Card is corrupt - Slugula - 01-23-2017

So I just (stupidly) upgraded to Windows 10 and fired up Dolphin for the first time. Every game I launch alerts me that my memory card is corrupted and that I should format my memory card.

Does anyone know why this happened? Is there any way to recover my saves?

I doubt it corrupted your memory card, it has no reason to touch it.
Can you check where dolphin is actually looking for your memory card? It might have messed up the paths, or as you upgraded, it may be in the Windows.old folder on your hard drive.
