5.0 x64 not working? - Zepper - 01-14-2017
Hi.
The previous version (4.x) works in my PC (Windows 10, x64), but not the 5.0 one.
Windows simply gives an error of "cannot run the program in this PC".
Any clues? Well, my PC is a bit old (Core i5 2300U), is this the reason!?

I found the English wording of the error message on the internet:
Quote:This app can't run on your PC
To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.
However, I'm not sure what could be causing it (assuming you really do have a 64-bit version of Windows 10, not 32-bit). Does anyone with more experience of Windows 10 know?

If you go to the Settings, go to System, and scroll down to about, it will tell you if the system is 32 bit or 64 bit

Exactly. Just found that my Windows 10 (upgrade from 7) is 32bits; though my system supports 64bits. That's it. -_-;;

You can reinstall the 64-bit version for free using your product key.
