i Dumped kirbys epic yarn and the banner is well, lacking.
how do i fix this?

IIRC it's stored in the wii save data. Create a file.

I Appreciate the response but your details are a little lacking. please give some more details

There isn't really much more to say than that. Dolphin can only load the banner from the game's save data, so you will need to create save data by playing the game before the banner can show up.
