Dolphin is the only wii emulator.

Gekko is the 2nd GC emulator than can actually run a few games but it was abandoned long ago because it couldn't compete with Dolphin - the multi-system emulator (Triforce - GC- Wii)
Hell , Dolphin is even more actively developed than PCSX2
In the past , there was 2 PSP emulators (JPCSP vs PPSSPP) . Now only 1 of them survive and that is PPSSPP
I hope Decaf won't meet the same fate as Gekko

I think the OP was referring to Android specifically, so, yeah, currently Dolphin is the only option.
