New to Dolphin and curious how do I use the 60hz codes on the compatibility pages shown to achieve 60fps?

turn on cheats
Right click the game (in dolphin), properties,
choose patch, AR code, or edit config (for gecko)
Input as the correct one
(for gecko find [Gecko] and under it put
$name
code)
