Wii U GameCube controller adapter Zadig horror story - sebastianisobscure - 12-26-2016 Okay, so here's the deal. I plugged in my Wii U GameCube controller adapter (black cord) into my computer and opened up Zadig. Zadig opens up and I choose my adapter, WUP-028. I've done this several times before on previous computers and have had no problem. This time, it was different. Instead of saying "replace driver" on the right, it said "install driver". Ignoring the odd nature of this change, I pressed it anyways. After about 10 minutes of loading, a prompt pops up and says that the drivers have failed to install. This is where I am at now. I have tried EVERY option that was given on the wiki page instructing me on how to install the drivers and this is my last resort. I can provide pictures if needed. Please help me. RE: Wii U GameCube controller adapter Zadig horror story - ExtremeDude2 - 12-26-2016 Did you try using it in dolphin anyway? I've had mine say it failed to install, but it works anyway. RE: Wii U GameCube controller adapter Zadig horror story - leolam - 12-26-2016 If it fails to install, try killing the installer process, remove its temporary directory and run Zadig again.
