Dolphin Bar, part Duex: Please Point Conbtroller - Mbrett - 12-13-2016 OK, I installed Dolphinbar today. I tried it with two official Nintendo Wiimotes +. When I fired up 'Super Mario Galaxy' with both, I get the message , 'Please point your controller at screen'. My controllers were pointed at screen. The Dolphinbar & Wiimotes all reflect that they are successfully paired. When I open game, my Wiimotes vibrate. I have tried placing the Dolphinbar on top and bottom. Stuck at Please point your controller every time. Can it be the size of my screen? I'm using the Dolphinbar under a 100" screen. I'm sure it's a simple solution, but, for the life of me I can't figure it out, and have had no luck Googling the matter. RE: Dolphin Bar, part Duex: Please Point Conbtroller - leolam - 12-13-2016 You need a sensor bar. It's very frustrating It may sound ridiculous, but it works correctly if you use two candles separated from each other about 20-30 centimeters The candles is an infrared source RE: Dolphin Bar, part Duex: Please Point Conbtroller - Mbrett - 12-14-2016 (12-14-2016, 02:41 AM)JosJuice Wrote: What is the distance between the Wii Remote and the DolphinBar? What is best position? [/color] RE: Dolphin Bar, part Duex: Please Point Conbtroller - cmv1993 - 12-14-2016 (12-14-2016, 03:08 AM)Mbrett Wrote: Distance was eight feet. I could move closer. In my case, the dolphinbar only use it to recognize the wiimotes Correct, the candles you have to put them in the position of the dolphinbar With the help of another person, separating the candles about 20 centimeters, use the wiimote The other person who helps you could approach or separate the candles to check the range and efficiency wiimote, while you move the wiimote Be very careful with the fire If you use the sensor bar, you have to move to the bar until it works In my case I had to stand about 2 feet, and it is totally impossible to play at that distance Sorry for my english |
