Plugin Error won't let me open Dolphin - BlueSpark - 12-13-2016
A few days ago my PC died and I needed to start all over. That means delete everything that was on it and reinstall it. Before that happened Dolphin ran normal without any problems. But now when I try to open it it says: The procedure entry point ucrtbase.terminate could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll. I have already installed every Microsoft Visual c++ i could and the error still appears. Anyone know how to fix it?

Can you verify that the *64 bit* version of the Visual Studio 2015 runtimes got installed?

Download the 64 bit version, run it. If it says it's already installed, try to click "repair" or whatever anyways. See if it works.

I repaired it but the error is still there

Have you made sure that all windows updates have been installed (i.e. sp1)?
