Just curious of they can be removed. Or replaced with HD ones so they look clear. Everything looks so much better on dolphin except of course the raster screens.

Just blank the texture for it. The texture will have a width of around 640 or 850 pixels and a height near 480 pixels.

The texture can be dumped using the Dump Textures feature and entering the wiimote screen. The texture can be blanked by clearing the image.
