Convert .sav to .gci? - mariodude9 - 12-07-2016
Can I convert .sav states from my Dolphin 4.0.2 to GCI so I can then play it on my Dolphin 5.0?

As far as I know, you can't. The save state from 4.0.2 won't be compatible with 5.0

Savestates are entirely NOT compatible from 4.0.2 to 5.0. Heck, we break compatibility on them regularly in development releases.
The only way you can get your savestates into 5.0 is to load up your savestate in 4.0.2, do a normal real save to memcard, and then upgrade to 5.0
