Actually, before the implementation of dynamic bat, I DID run rogue leader full speed. But keep in mind I'm on a 6700K @ 4.6ghz w/ GTX 980 Ti.

That's unfortunate.

However, weaker systems are running RS just fine right now so I'd look at a problem with your setup.

If you have anything thats actually reproducible, let us know.

There's nothing wrong with my setup. I get about 85-90% speed in Rogue Leader. Maybe to a lot of people, that's "full speed" but not me.

No.

I have significantly weaker systems that run RS at 100% without any weird hacks.

Like I said, if you can find something we can actually reproduce, let us know.

Just run the level Hoth. THe beginning intro I get in that stage is only running at about 85% speed. Most of the level runs at 90% speed.

I'm getting 90 fps on Hoth on my 4790k at 4.5 ghz. So, slower than your system.

I might understand Hoth being at 80-90% on my laptop which I'll test tomorrow, but something is wrong with your setup. I have a slower and older CPU and I'm leaps and bounds faster than what you're saying.

What video backend and settings are you using?
