That i3 sure is fine. It's starting at 133€ (~150$] over here, though. Oh well, I can wait for the price to drop a little, I've got 2 rigs that run Dolphin just fine, building a completely silent one is just to make it more comfortable.

You could buy i3 4130T or i3 4170t , both of them are 35W
H81 Mobo + DDR3 Ram for these CPUs are also cheaper than H110+ DDR4
i3 4130T isn't as good as i3 6100T but for most games , it should be ok

Now that is what I'm talking about. Thanks for that recommendation, should be exactly what I need.
