Dolfin causes Laptop to crash - murtagh72 - 11-09-2016
Every time I run Dolfin for about 20 or so minutes my laptops keyboard stops working and only the mouse will work. After I close dolphin a few minutes later my computer crashes. If I attempt to restart after keyboard stops working my computer also crashes. After it restarts it goes into boot mode and from there my keyboard is still inactive so from there I have to force restart my computer to be able to use the keyboard again. Is there any way to fix this issue?

The laptop could be overheating.

After I restart and get to boot mode and restart again I can run everything just fine. I don't think that is the problem.

One restart is plenty of time to cool down for my laptop (desktop doesn't overheat because of cooling system). Try core temp and gpu temp. Neither should really go above high 70s
