Also in MM the only way to Disabled DVFS is via scrip (init.d) I dont thinks so, I have installed this and the performance is amazing, downside obviously is phone gets hot if played for to long. Plus video proofs of Mario Sunshine before and after the DVFS. Huge improvements on FPS RE: Zelda WindWaker Playable speed from 20 to 25FPS on Galaxy S7 without DVFS - AirBagGaming - 11-09-2016 (11-09-2016, 03:49 AM)nonexist Wrote: Disabled DVFS using Xposed is only for exynos with mali gpu. At some point I even thought Dolphin wasn't utilizing ES 3.2 properly on v145. But looking at the frequencies and effect of "minimizing trick" on SD820 I can only think about some sort of power management on a kernel level. Though OP is claiming dvfs is disabled, if it's so then yes indeed A57s doing much better than Kryo. I really want to see CPU Float values he gets. P.S. I assume you meant A57s, not A53s RE: Zelda WindWaker Playable speed from 20 to 25FPS on Galaxy S7 without DVFS - AirBagGaming - 11-09-2016 (11-09-2016, 09:57 AM)zxcvbad Wrote: Just see it yourself. I have done a Factory reset to get rid of root, even did I get playable speed for dolphin battery was horrible and I cant take that on my daily driver phone. Even so I think that the Power management on the sd820 is horrible. I took a screenshot of cpu float playing wind waker but size too large to upload here. All cores active without throotle. Playable speed 30fps. Down side is phone gets super hot. DVFS disabled via Xtouchwiz from xposed module.
