The BAT file is in their attachment. If for some reason it's not appearing for you here is the direct link to the ZIP file holding the BAT.

It should be. IIRC, it's only a single line, but even if it isn't, you can just open it with a text editor and google what each command it contains actually does.

Type the filename you want the ISO to have.

I successfully combined my iso, now how do I put it in dolphin and play it

In Dolphin, you can either open the ISO directly, or add the folder it's in to the list of folders Dolphin scans. If you go for the second option, it'll be shown in Dolphin's main window along with the actual game name (rather than just whatever the ISO ended up named as).
