Dolphin 5.0-321 Netplay Not Working At All (Failed to listen.) - nunsondrugs - 10-28-2016
When I try to Melee netplay nothing starts up. When I try to host I get the message, "Failed to listen. Is another instance of the Netplay server running?". When I try to connect and press connect nothing happens.
This was all working fine a few months ago and when I came back it stopped working.
I tried running Dolphin in administrator, disabling firewall/antivirus, and other versions
