Tbh since we know the Switch X1 is heavily downclocked (30% of max clock when undocked), I'm not sure sure true 1 Ghz X1 benchmarks are still relevant.
Anyway, what sells a console are games and communication, not hardware. And WiiU communication mistakes won't be reproduced (at least I hope he he, answer January the 13).
I do not worry about Nintendo games, they know how to make great and beautiful games with little power.
If the Switch sells well, third party games will follow, like the Wii.

The Switch's screen is only 720p anyway, so I'm not really complaining if they have to run it at that resolution to get 60fps. But I'm pretty sure that, given what the Wii U gave us, and comparing this system to it, we'll get some 1080p 60fps titles. Hell, Smash Wii U was 1080p60, which was honestly pretty impressive.

My thoughts on the presentation:
Region locking is finally gone--a bit late, but I'm glad they finally did it.
Not sure what to make of the fact that they did not mention any tech specs at all.
Game lineup looks good--I really like the look of the new Mario, I'm interested to see what happens with the new Xenoblade, and although I haven't really been into Zelda since Twilight Princess, Breath of the Wild looks damn cool.

And i just preordered it, i was saving money and damn it was worth it! I liked the games that i saw especially the new mario, and while the specs aren't revealed can't say i care since the games where all better than what a wiiu can do and in a portable format too.

We preordered two, one for each of us! HdkR wanted a colorful one, and I went with the bland one. I honestly would have preferred colored joy cons, but I wanted the joy cons to maaaatch.
