Game hangs on certain image - DOES NOT CRASH - LordBadon - 10-18-2016
Okay, so I have a weird issue.
Occasionally when I'm playing Trauma Center: Second Opinion, the game will seemingly hang on a certain frame. It's almost as if the game froze, but the game doesn't actually crash. All I have to do is resize the window or minimize and unminimize it and the video start playing again, but until I do that it hangs. Audio plays fine in the background too, so the emulator isn't crashing.
But then why am I having the video get stuck on a certain frame? How can I fix this? It's a major annoyance in the game so any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a driver issue?

If it is a driver issue is there any way to identify which driver is causing it?
I'm on Ubuntu MATE and I haven't installed any third-party drivers, I'm just using what came with the OS.

Install the proprietary drivers for your GPU
sudo apt-get install nvidia-current
then reboot.
