Full screen and DirectX 11 - Top Titans - 10-14-2016

I've tried the same game full screen enable with OpenGL, Direct3D 12 as well as Vulkan. In all cases, it worked great.

However, when I switch to Direct3D 11, I only get a blank screen and I have to close the game manually.

After seeing this post https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-blank-screen-when-loading-a-game-using-directx-11-on-the-development-builds, I tried launching the game with no full screen enable and then pressing the alt enter combination.

The game launched and the turn into full screen fine.

In addition to this, I usually close the game by pressing the ESC key. In the three backends, it acts as it should. I get the message do you want to close emulations, Yes / No.

However, with Direct3D 11 full screen enabled with the alt - enter trick, when I press ESC I can see the exit dialog during a couple of seconds and then the dialog box hides itself behind the game screen and I have to use alt-tab combination so as to get it back.

My setup: Windows 10 Home x64, Nvidia GPU 960M, dev version 5.0-1043

The alt-enter trick does its job and it's easy, I know. But when there are other users with far less computer knowledge (as it happens to me), this kind of tricks only triggers further questions, obviously to me.

Any ideas on how to handl this with the parameters options, games setting, etc.? I mean a solution that would not require a human intervention.

Yup, similar problem here. DX11 and fullscreen mode has been screwed up for a while. Maybe it's an Nvidia optimus thing, since you and I are both using nvidia laptop GPU's

I use render to main window. Try that.
