Dolphin sees it, but the game wont - ridley869 - 10-13-2016 Hey guys, I am having a problem with my xbox one controller not being detected by any gamecube games. I have my xbox 360 controller and xbox one controller working for other emulators, but not just for dolphin...the xbox one controller is having issues. My issue is, when I go to map the controls for the xbox one controller, dolphin sees it and I am able to map the buttons no problem. I can even see the dot moving in the deadzone areas for the sticks when I move them. But once I run the game, the game detects no feedback from the xbox one controller. I have it setup identical to the xbox 360 controller, and both are setup in their own pad settings. I have read babymechs post about something similar to this...but mine seems to be stretching a bit further, thx for reading guys RE: Dolphin sees it, but the game wont - JosJuice - 10-14-2016 Many games will only use slot 1. Is the controller configured in slot 1? RE: Dolphin sees it, but the game wont - ridley869 - 10-14-2016 I just loaded up dolphin again to look for some settings regarding slot you were talking about, and i went into configure gamecube setting, and i saw that port 1 was on "standard controller", and port 2 was on "do nothing". So i switched port 2 to " standard controller" and it worked. I probably wouldnt have looked there if you didnt mention slot 1. Thx for you help buddy. |
