Wiimote immediately disconnects upon booting - drneroli - 09-28-2016
I am using a Nintendo Wiimote with Wii Motion Plus and a third party nunchuk, on booting a game the Wiimote immediately disconnects and when I use the hotkey and the reconnection tool it instantly disconnects thereafter.
I am using a dolphin bar to connect and it works as I have managed to use the buttons on the wiimote to attempt to configure the emulated wiimote but beyond that I don't know why it is immediately disconnecting.
Please help.

Use mode 4 and a real Wiimote instead

Mode 4? And I AM using a real wiimote, you musn't have read it properly

They meant you need to set Dolphin to Real Wiimote instead of Emulated Wiimote.
Mode 4 is a mode of the DolphinBar.

I have done that, but I haven't set it to mode 4, i'll try that now and report back on my findings
