Yeah, LAN mode at the same computer.
I have OpenVPN installed.
So how to make this?

You don't need to use a VPN if you are on the same computer.

You're not using a VPN. You're using the TAP adapter that comes with OpenVPN. Dolphin's BBA emulation is useless without it.
